Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes are subject to the policies of the airline or hotel you booked. Many fares are non-refundable or carry change fees set by the supplier.

Requests made within 24 hours of booking may qualify for a full refund, depending on the supplier rules. CloudNest service fees may be non-refundable.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days after the supplier processes them.
